This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all courses, training programmes, certification programmes, and other educational services offered by Skillbits Digital Marketing Academy.
By registering for or enrolling in a programme offered by Skillbits Digital Marketing Academy, the student or applicant acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. General Refund Policy
All fees paid towards admission, registration, course enrolment, training programmes, or other educational services are non-refundable and non-transferable once the payment has been made.
Refunds will be provided only in the event that Skillbits Digital Marketing Academy withdraws or cancels the programme for which the student has enrolled.
2. Cancellation by the Student
If a student chooses to withdraw from, discontinue, or cancel their enrolment in a programme for any reason, no refund will be provided for any fees already paid.
This applies regardless of whether the student has attended classes, accessed learning materials, participated in training sessions, or utilised any other services provided as part of the programme.
3. Cancellation or Withdrawal of Programme by Skillbits
In the event that Skillbits Digital Marketing Academy permanently cancels or withdraws a programme and is unable to provide the enrolled student with the programme, the student will be eligible for a refund of the applicable course fees paid for the cancelled programme.
Skillbits may, where appropriate and with the student's agreement, offer an alternative batch, programme, or suitable arrangement instead of a refund.
4. Rescheduling and Changes
Changes to class schedules, batch timings, trainers, training dates, course delivery methods, or temporary postponement of classes shall not be considered cancellation or withdrawal of a programme.
Such changes will not automatically qualify a student for a refund, provided that Skillbits Digital Marketing Academy continues to offer or make reasonable arrangements to deliver the enrolled programme.
5. Refund Processing
Where a refund becomes applicable due to the cancellation or withdrawal of a programme by Skillbits Digital Marketing Academy, the eligible refund will be processed after verification of the student's enrolment and payment records.
Refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method or through another mutually agreed payment method. The time required for the refunded amount to reflect in the student's account may depend on the applicable bank or payment service provider.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refund will be provided in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- A student voluntarily withdrawing from or discontinuing the programme.
- A student failing to attend classes or complete the programme.
- A student being unable to continue due to personal, academic, professional, financial, or other individual circumstances.
- A student changing their mind after registration or admission.
- A student failing to meet attendance, assignment, assessment, or other course requirements.
- Changes to batch schedules, class timings, trainers, or course delivery arrangements.
- Temporary postponement or rescheduling of classes.
