Skillbits reserves the right to restrict access to classes, learning materials, examinations, certifications, or other services in cases of overdue or unpaid fees, subject to applicable terms communicated during admission.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Course fees, registration fees, admission fees, and other payments may be subject to the refund and cancellation policy applicable to the specific programme.

Any request for cancellation or refund must be submitted to Skillbits through an official communication channel. Eligibility for a refund, if applicable, will depend on the course terms, date of cancellation, services already provided, and other applicable conditions.

Fees for completed training sessions, consumed services, administrative charges, or non-refundable components may be deducted from any eligible refund.

5. Course Schedule and Changes

Skillbits will make reasonable efforts to conduct courses according to the communicated schedule. However, class timings, trainers, course modules, batch schedules, or delivery methods may be changed when reasonably necessary.

Classes may be rescheduled due to trainer availability, holidays, technical issues, operational requirements, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasonable causes. Students will be informed of significant schedule changes through appropriate communication channels.

6. Attendance and Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to attend classes regularly, complete assignments and practical activities, participate in assessments, and follow the academic guidelines provided by Skillbits.

Students are responsible for maintaining the attendance, performance, and completion requirements applicable to their course.

Skillbits may not be responsible for missed classes, assessments, opportunities, or course content resulting from a student's absence or failure to participate.

7. Certification

Certificates may be issued to eligible students who successfully complete the applicable course requirements. These requirements may include attendance, assignments, projects, assessments, practical activities, and payment of applicable fees.

Skillbits reserves the right to withhold certification if a student has not fulfilled the required academic, attendance, administrative, or payment obligations.

8. Internship and Practical Training

Certain programmes may include internship opportunities, practical projects, live projects, or hands-on training. The nature, duration, availability, and scope of such opportunities may vary depending on the programme and operational requirements.

Participation in an internship or practical training programme does not automatically create an employer-employee relationship unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

9. Placement Assistance

Where placement assistance is offered as part of a programme, Skillbits may support eligible students through activities such as career guidance, resume preparation, interview preparation, job opportunity sharing, or employer connections.

Placement assistance does not constitute a guarantee of employment, a specific job role, salary, employer, or timeframe. Final recruitment decisions are made by the respective employers and may depend on the student's skills, performance, qualifications, interview results, market conditions, and other factors.

10. Learning Materials and Intellectual Property

Course materials, presentations, videos, documents, templates, assignments, recordings, designs, and other educational resources provided by Skillbits may be protected by intellectual property rights.

Unless expressly permitted, students may not reproduce, publish, distribute, resell, upload, share, or commercially exploit course materials without prior written permission.

11. Online Classes and Digital Platforms

Certain courses or services may be delivered through online platforms, learning management systems, video conferencing tools, WhatsApp, email, or other digital communication channels.

Students are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, and other technical requirements necessary to participate in online learning activities.

12. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behaviour when interacting with trainers, staff members, fellow students, clients, and other individuals associated with Skillbits.

Skillbits reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases involving serious misconduct, harassment, abuse, unauthorised use of resources, disruption of classes, fraudulent activities, or violations of academy policies.

13. Third-Party Platforms and Certifications

Our training may include information about or practical experience with third-party platforms and services such as Google, Meta, WordPress, and other digital marketing technologies.

Skillbits does not control these third-party platforms and is not responsible for changes to their features, policies, pricing, certification programmes, availability, or terms of service.
